they got a deadline for you to go do thumbprint

i guess if over the due date then will reject

guess i just wait till they reject me then i withdrawal <3k

i-akaun app : has flexible acc withdrawal history with approved status. Just no date on when crediting.
kwsp website : no flexible acc withdrawal history

Check under withdrawal>cancellation on webpage.

Conclusion on 2nd Withdrawal

Applied: 16th 9am+ (Wed)
Found Approved: 18th 6pm+ (Fri)
Found Credited: 23rd 9am+ (Thu)
Found Bank Balance: 23rd 3pm+ (Thu)

Issues:
1) Submission date on list was shifted to 18th instead of 16th, but no issue with PDF version.

From this timeline it took around 7 - 8 days from date of applied.
If this is usual then I probably will get mine on weekend or 27

Redraw approved on 20th 2pm, till now habuk pun takde jilake

I applied 18th, n just got it last night. So u can expect it next Monday/Tuesday la.

just got my 1k inside maybank. but weird as epf records show RM1,000.13 transferred out and now my a/c 3 is -0.13 sen. anyone face same problem? where did 13 sen gone? FYI, applied on 18/3 and 22/3, both shown approved.

Can't log-in to my i-akaun. Error message says I have to go to KWSP to update my number.

So, do I have to do it at the counter, or is there a machine kiosk to do this?

KUALA LUMPUR: The Employees Provident Fund (EPF) today announced that as at May 22, 2024, a total of 2.86 million applications to transfer the initial amount from Akaun Sejahtera to Akaun Fleksibel were received, involving an amount of RM8.78 billion.
The option was opened to members on May 12, 2024.

A total of 3.04 million withdrawal applications from Akaun Fleksibel were also approved amounting to RM5.52 billion.

"The EPF is expecting the number of applications from members choosing to transfer an initial amount from their Akaun Sejahtera to Akaun Fleksibel to continue to rise until the deadline on Aug 31, 2024," EPF chief operating officer Sazaliza Zainuddin said.

"We are also pleased to see the significant increase in applications via the KWSP i-Akaun mobile app. This reflects our efforts to enhance user experience and accessibility, as we continue to innovate and expand our digital offerings," he added.

From May 12, 2024 until Aug 31, 2024, EPF members will have a one-time option to transfer one-third of their savings balance from Akaun Sejahtera to Akaun Fleksibel.

The transfer of the initial amount to Akaun Fleksibel is based on the balance in the member's Akaun Sejahtera

on the application date.

Withdrawals from Akaun Fleksibel can be made at any time for any purpose, with a minimum withdrawal of RM50.

Members who have yet to register with the KWSP i-Akaun are encouraged to do so to enable withdrawal transactions from Akaun Fleksibel.

Members are advised to register or update their mobile phone number via the Self-Service Terminal available at any EPF branch for the purpose of receiving a Transaction Authorisation Code (TAC) to verify their identity when conducting transactions.

Thought the system more efficient..but maybe nak jugak ikut 7 days rules tu..

May I know what is the processing time now to get the money for account 3 withdrawal?
