After I deposit some USDT, I received an email to provide sender information as below:



It is a google form.
My question is, is it every time I deposit I need to do declaration?
What happen if I do not fill in the form?
Is that from being submit is to SC ar?

ycktech you have luno right? isn't it normal if u receive crypto in luno and luno will trigger this same process to find out more details?

Last time I used Luno there is no declaration implemented yet. Now I didn't use Luno for very long time not sure what is thier rules and regulation already.

Try not to fill in the form for a few times & see what happens next lolol
