As expected, HATA is now down for the MYR Wallet infrastructure upgrade.

Anyone tried HATA withdrawal that over 20k?

Usually 1k-5k could get it within 10min, but now 20k, almost 30min went by and didn't receive it yet

This is what I noticed as well. My experience, ~10k is normally instant. But high amount takes longer, some even took 1 hour.

hey anyone can help me, i opened a new hata account today and done all the verification and what not.

Problem is i only have access to the Malaysia Platform, whenever i go to the platform tab, and add the Global platform, after the checkbox "Yes, I understand and Agree" and click confirm, nothing happens, the UI just closes.

The reason i want the global is that i wanna buy USDT with MYR. is that possible? else i have to go XRP i guess but i really hate token exposure for just transfer reasons...

Maybe wait few days, maybe hata is processing verify your account first.

hata global doesn't allow you to buy USDT with MYR (directly that is), you have to buy any of the token that Hata Global + Hata Malaysia supports. BTC, ETH, DOT, etc. buy those coins in Hata Malaysia, then transfer to Hata Global to sell and get USDT

else, you try to send USD to Hata Global, and convert to USDT

I register HAATA yesterday, How come I dont have option to change to HATA Global.
Is it rules change for new user to disable HATA global?

Not sure they are busy or what.

Just to confirm Hata MY and Hata Global, is it they keep separate accounting for MY audit?
Or better still is it Hata MY and Hata Global is 1 registered in MY SSM and 1 registered in other country?
