Better not, over time it might sink an inch or two. Happened to a few estates on reclaimed land. ie if your fill land means reclaimed land. ie originally sea then they fill sand etc.

I guess you are not old enough to know that the whole bandar Sri permaisuri is ex KL landfill. I used to stay at Razak mansion last time and always kena blanja the smell when wind blow our side
