No. Basically the rider was using his learner's permit to ride the bike. He didn't have the full license yet. Malaysian law allow motorcyclist with learner's permit to ride on the road as long as he/she is riding alone and need to tampal L on bike.

Deceased was 34 years old only. So young. What a waste.

Update the story.

The truck involved is a Triton. The cause was not Triton stopping. But its because a couple stopped by roadside and have couple dispute. The female threaten to suicide by running to the middle of the road. Causing the Triton to stop. The biker who was obviously speeding, hit his front brake so hard that the bike flipped over instead of sliding.

Mostly will slam into triton if the vehicle without auto braking system, but even with auto braking system some driver due to natural instinct automatically turn their steering wheels which sometimes nothing happened can result causing unwanted accident 😂😂

I am on the camp of the first people that shows they are stupid are automatically & immediately responsible. So in this case i blame those 2 stupid dumb ass arguing mofos for causing that.
