No. Basically the rider was using his learner's permit to ride the bike. He didn't have the full license yet. Malaysian law allow motorcyclist with learner's permit to ride on the road as long as he/she is riding alone and need to tampal L on bike.Hebat la the rider. Just got the license no ?
