the franchise department will give you estimate about 15k profit a month, spoke to them before. franchise fee is low, but reno n equipment those total will be more than 200k.

so u can assume about 20 months to break even.

also, its common for a few people form a sdn bhd to leverage and open multiple franchises, a few outlets belong to same group / bosses

tealive used to be super long queue anytime before covid. Price also like around RM3-RM4 per drinks.
Now price reach RM7-RM9, everyday like VVIP lane.. no queue or i should say no buyer.

tealive was never rm3 to 4 lol, that was coolblog punya pricing, tealive last time cheapest also rm5 or 6 dy

That's the thing, most items out of stock are the best sellers. I don't have the internal numbers but selling a big size lemonade for RM3, confirmed very thin profit margin if any. Average check per person is around RM5-6 judging by average selling price of their beverage hence really a very big volume of covers to make the business sustainable, not every location can command such crowd consistently.

Mixue business model is all about volume. In China they started with opening near school area, targeting students with affordable pricing.

Franchisor earning based on the material they provide.

Anyone here tried opening a mixue franchise?
Can pls share your input?

Am probably going to be laid off from my job soon, and I thing I'm done working for people already.

I'm looking into opening a franchise, and right now mixue is looking very attractive to me.

Iocation wise, I know one location that looks very attractive to me. It's a UTC that's located in a very dead mall, with many empty shoplots. And UTC, as we know.....is ALWAYS crowded right from the early hours.
