unfortunately life is not so easy your 5m would be roughly equivalent to 1-2m the value now if you are lucky, if inflation is controllable. if u think epf can hedge. think again. i would say if u want to be safe use s&p500 return as benchmark, u should be comfortably beating inflation.

Depends on your definition of earning. If it is gross pay, u can target a lower % than 80% cos u r no longer paying tax, no need to contribute to epf and no need to save anymore technically.

As consistent as s&p500 for a very long period of time? i would say none. 90%+ hedge fund manager cant even beat s&p500.

More than a million SGD in CPF - split into 3 accounts (Ordinary Account, 2.5% interest only, Special Account 4% interest & Medisave Account 4% interest).

But I’m already in my early 50’s. Not young

I have the apps but the only calculator is calculator of how much i can invest.
