Got this HP 1030 G3 - Core i7(8th GEN).
Problem is the TOUCSCREEN suddenly no functions but if i use stylus PEN is working.

I already try below:
1) Reformat install New Windows 10 and 11
2) Update/Download new driver.
3) Disable and Enable “HID-compliant touch screen” item under Human Interface Devices"
4) Configuring Pen and Touch Input
5) Open Device Manager, right-click the HID-compliant touch screen entry, and select Properties. In the Power Management tab, uncheck the box next to "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power."

Had anyone had this problem before? I suspect is the hardware already.

Still under warranty? Looks like very high chances are the hardware issue.

could be a software issue, but then since you already tried reformatting then its definitely a hardware issue
if you disable stylus pen will it respond to finger touch?

Most probably the digitizer layer gone bad or loose connection in the laptop. The stylus appeared to be bluetooth based thus not affected by the digitizer malfunction.

Another thing I would try is to align the touchscreen. Sometimes the settings went out. Use the pen to goto the touch alignment then use finger to try and see can align or not. If still cannot, probably hardware issue.

Then just open it up and check the cable. Clean the ribbon cable gold contact and reconnect it back, might fix the problem.
