Got this HP 1030 G3 - Core i7(8th GEN).
Problem is the TOUCSCREEN suddenly no functions but if i use stylus PEN is working.
I already try below:
1) Reformat install New Windows 10 and 11
2) Update/Download new driver.
3) Disable and Enable “HID-compliant touch screen” item under Human Interface Devices"
4) Configuring Pen and Touch Input
5) Open Device Manager, right-click the HID-compliant touch screen entry, and select Properties. In the Power Management tab, uncheck the box next to "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power."
Had anyone had this problem before? I suspect is the hardware already.
could be a software issue, but then since you already tried reformatting then its definitely a hardware issueProblem is the TOUCSCREEN suddenly no functions but if i use stylus PEN is working.
