just saw Tropic Thunder yesterday

it got it funny moments but still i find it a bit tame this time for a ben stiller movie (maybe it's bcos i just rewatch Zoolander lately)

i'll still said nothing can top Zoolander

Just watched The Mist and The Others... boths horror movies..

The Mist - kinda stupid their actions (like the 'things' come in they just stood there like about 1 minute without doing nothing, watching the victim dragged away???)

The Others - wow this horror is not what you expect man!! (beware of spoilers for more shocking effect when watch)

Butterfly effect 2 - no good as the 1st one

Dollars Trilogy. Awesome.

The Shawshank Redemption

Too bad Forrest Gump outshadowed this movie,and they beat Shawshank at Oscar too.

94 was a good year for movies with Forrest Gump, Shawshank and Pulp Fiction on top of the list. It was a really tough year to pick a winner out of these 3.

99 was the best year for movies. But honestly American Beauty deserves it more than the other movies nominated that year.

BTW the worst Oscar robbery was in 98. Shakespeare in Love, WTF

Burn After Reading

Thoroughly enjoyable yarn from the Coen brothers. Very well written and its very watchable seeing how these characters attempt to improve their respectable lives and end up botching it all up. Brad Pitt is great. The scene in the car with Malkovich, he looks very weird at first, but a few seconds later you realize he's actually trying to channel Malkovich using his face and eyes! Hilarious.

if u wanna see a good malay movie.that suitable for everyone despite of races,religions or football clubs. THIS IS THE MOVIE.

end the year perfectly by watching this movie.

kudos to Afdlin Shauki. it is something different!

go watch before its too late. but better late than never...

Charlie Chaplin's Modern Times. While I feel it's inferior to City Lights, it's still a very well made film. And oh, Paullette Gouddard was a goddess there.
