but 2200g still worth to savage?
my suspect is hdmi port fry or MB fry cos back of MB got liquid like oil....
maybe the cap explode?
if MB really die, plan to move back intel....

it is really depending on how much work/risk you wish to deploy with around 500rm budget.
ryzen 3200G is 330rm, and A520M/B450M board is like 250rm brand new from shopee. and sell away your 2200G if you found out that it is still working for cheap like 100 to 150rm.
second hand ones may get better used board for cheap.

6th and 7th gen intel processors can only get second hand. u have to look around, but it sure is cheaper vs above option.

6/7th gen intel as second hand from garage sales around 100~250,
if 6/7th gen performance not increase much from G4560...
gonna abandon the upgrade....
prefer stable system so not gonna touch bios & modding...
my area only got 2 pc shop (big one)...sarawak..
2nd hand at my area hard to find buyer....
maybe this weekend will try bring to pc shop ask to check...
hope they not gonna ask me bring whole desktop...

what Gargamel_gibson suggested are good ideas... if u start with the am4 board first and that solves your problem, u now have 2 systems.
and u can deploy the excess budget to get a second hand 7th gen intel cpu. almost anything of the mainstream 7th gen will be way faster than your 2 core pentium (I would try for i7 7700 although it will still be quite slow vs modern processors). At least you will feel a vase improvement.

edit: sorry, i don't know much about video rendering... so that department no idea if any of these old processors will be better
