Why should the majority of people subsidize rich people?

Rich people = less tax for them

Well, Dolphin isn't that expensive, same like the new MGs, heck, I heard the Chery E5 is selling in droves, too.

But sub 100k EVs will have to wait till Perodua/Proton..

How does a 200k to near 300k Tesla is for the "rich" when entry level c class and 3 series is right there in price

EV roadtax should be cheaper for 2 reasons

1. if u wanna encourage people to buy EV
2. roadtax = emission...low emission = cheap roadtax...we should stop charging by CC or HP

Normal people need reliable car to join daily jam to work and back.

Hypercar acceleration is not a dream of the masses who need sub 100K models.

China EV companies giving deep discount up to USD7k but Malaysia not getting it!

EV are heavier than ICE so more propensity to damage the roads. Why lower road tax than ICE?

Subsidy is by 10k 20k 30k 50k
Road tax is like...1k 2k
And every car is paying by it cc
