Who say the merger between Celcom and Digi that becomes Malaysia largest network, will have a competitive, game changer and new level playing field?

Their customer service is nose diving and super LANSI! I was kind enough to inform them to change my phone number for my fibre account, I was told that they couldn't do so because my phone number is not a Digi or Celcom number!

Walao! I really feel unwelcomed for Digi and everything is okay for them!

Then, they deregister my online account and provided me with a solution to re-register the online account because of their stupid nonsense arrogance!!

I was having issue with network, they don't really sorting it out professionally. Instead, they suggested me to make whatsapp call as alternative!

Come on la!! I am the paying master, don't give me such stupid solution!

Then, I switch all my numbers in my family to other networks for good!

Really a NO for digi to people out there !!

i knew the digi celcom merger would bring more shit than stand alone.

however, i still have xox (ride on celcom network) as my 2nd esim telco backup in case mekshit line got problem

Your contact registration is not only unique to CelcomDiGi.

I tell you Maxshit online account contact registration is even way worse. It's unchangeable and despite already telling them for many times to please remove my number as the PIC contact person for my past companies every for past 5 years they kept calling me up on promo offers.

I thought their CelcomDigi plan is network-neutral.
I mad the mistake of assuming that when registering CelcomDigi plan at Digi Centre.

Mana tahu "if register CelcomDigi plan through Digi, then contact Digi for whatever. Similar treament if registered through Celcom."

even the the number of roaming partner for same country also depend through which you had registered with. e.g. for Saudi, CelcomDigi through Digi have 3 roaming partners, while through Digi have 2 roaming partners.

They closed down their Sunway BlueCube center in front of Sunway Pyramid just suddenly and without warning. Digi Yellow man also gone. Manyak lansi now. smile.gif

i find the merger improved celcom 4g network, I have this issue when in crowded place, my 4g will have no data even showing 4G. Now don't have this issue anymore.

But I agree celcomdigi is lan c now and arrogant. See how they refused to give free 5G access although it was required by the govt also know already. But in the end they had no choice. BUT, you need to subsribe the free 5G access every month(for Digi postpaid lower plans and subline)! It won't auto renew it. So they are hoping you to forget and not subscribe it. Really bad business ethics by them. Merging was a bad idea and never should have allowed them to.

What you can expect since Celcom is on top of Digi after the marriage:

i ported out from Celcom years ago because of their customer support experience. even call in to ask bill amount to pay for my mother, they will stonewall force me to force mother to install app and get the amount through that. orang nak bayar bill pun mereka enggan beri kerjasama. nonsense.

If you go 7 eleven or petrol station convenience shop buy prepaid reload, staff will ask celcom or digi?

But they are same company?

not only that, they allowed to merge because 5G need strong financial muscle for roll out but ended the implementation was mandated by DNB and the MOF as fhr guarantor
