Who say the merger between Celcom and Digi that becomes Malaysia largest network, will have a competitive, game changer and new level playing field?

Their customer service is nose diving and super LANSI! I was kind enough to inform them to change my phone number for my fibre account, I was told that they couldn't do so because my phone number is not a Digi or Celcom number!

Walao! I really feel unwelcomed for Digi and everything is okay for them!

Then, they deregister my online account and provided me with a solution to re-register the online account because of their stupid nonsense arrogance!!

Instead of they call and apologise and explain to me.. They straight deregister my online account.. Then offered me a so called solution to register online account again..

Why I have to go through all this unreasonable and unacceptable process

i ported out from Celcom years ago because of their customer support experience. even call in to ask bill amount to pay for my mother, they will stonewall force me to force mother to install app and get the amount through that. orang nak bayar bill pun mereka enggan beri kerjasama. nonsense.

I noticed that too their CS really unprofessional .. Digi was better back then but they are becoming like Sialcom now after merged

the merger between digi and celcom is eroding competition in the market too
