As long as the wheel alignment is not corrected and properly adjusted quickly the woong woong sound would persist until the moment the tyre is replaced/removed.
Any new tyre of any brand or series would 'resolve' the annoying noise immediately, only to repeat the irritating incident IF wheel alignment correction is not acted upon.

As I suggested earlier on, it IS wheel alignment related.
This humming noise would get louder and louder as the days go by until and unless one (or more) of the affected tyre(s) are replaced new.
After resolving humming noise problem temporarily with new tyre(s) replacement, history will repeat by itself as long as the wheel (mis)alignment is not corrected.
