Better check with nearby mechanic shop, could be uneven tyre surface or something else

I recently did alignment and balancing and only to find out one of my GITI tyre has an uneven tyre surface that could lead to strange noise. According to the mechanic, they claimed is I didn’t rotate my tyre which I find it odd. Anyway he said it won’t affect the handling nor performance of the driving experience
