Replaced main board once under Sony due to software glitch but its been serving me well. No problems or whatever since. PQ is good.
Just gotten the S95B for RM4.3k during 2.2. deal last month. I would say it's the best bang for the buck for a 55" QD-OLED tv. This TV was released late on Nov 2022 meaning most owners unit would still be under 2 years Samsung warranty. So getting parts during this period is still relatively easy I reckon.
JZ1000 (wRGB OLED) is great TV for the year but it was released on 2021 so it's coming to 2.5 years+ already. I am not sure getting parts would be easy though if the TV has problems.
i think no harm getting high end older TV, even my LG C9 is still better than most mid range TV today, changed panel mid 2022 due to burned edge so panel is still new. if no more parts but still under warranty, normally they will give u new model TV lol. Not sure how manufacturer warranty works, but if u buy from like senq or harvey, if their warranty, they will let u get new TV based on the insured amount(normally is retail price before discount). I think electronics and electrical appliances nowadays, i would pay for the extra warranty, like my C9 already kenak panel burn edge after the 2 years manufacturer warranty. not to say my dyson v11 already changed body twice, bought extra 3years warranty
