The story of dogs in landfill

Many people may be curious as to why I rescue dogs and take in dogs. In Butterworth, there is a landfill and there were a lot of dogs living there. I were told that if the dogs caught
by Majlis could not be found in their kennel, you can try to search in the landfill. Sometimes, they will dump the dogs to the site. Since then, I started to feed them (somewhere in 2019) and started the journey.

Dog owners should know it is not easy to take care of a dog. You are not just feeding, you also need to provide medication care, like worms, ticks, vaccination (annual) - to prevent from viruses and bacteria...

Ticks treatment is expensive and once there is ticks, all kena...

I know all of these. Not all people have such lucks to get sponsorship from donors.

Donors tend to see if the environments and dogs are well cared, they will not donate.

I build good environment, take care the dogs well from sincere and bottom heart. Very less people will consider. These give them the impression that I am rich.

Like the recent case happened to Puppy's loving home, many helped out in term of kibbles, nexgard, monetary etc.

Namewee team contributed too. Hence, those that unknown or low profile like me, hardly to get attention. Even I tried to sell cashew nuts to gather funds, the responses were not encouraged.

My kennel needs expansion so I can combine other kennels to reduce my costs. I am still working hard to "keep money" for this expansion.

No, I am no longer rescuing anymore. This expansion is to combine my other kennels. I have total 4 kennels, in total of 120+- dogs.

Only 1 meal. 1 meal/day already costly & time consuming to clean around. Like I said before, I spend almost 8 hours a day for all.

Above excluding medical expenses and treatments.

Are they like chickens?

My dogs are very well behaved. After they have eaten, if I give them instructions, they will automatically go back to their room.

Yes, heart worms. To prevent it, must take Nexgard Spectra every months. No shelters are affordable to give.

Yes, I spent a lot on medication. I didn't count but I know a lot.

There was one hit by vehicle and kena spinal injury. The dog was left over on the road and no one rescued. I knew about this and rescued and sent over to KL (Animed Vet) Dr Hoo for operation. However, the dog is still unable to walk and he is currently placed in my home for the rest of his life.

Total spent for operation cost + post-operation + Physio = > RM25k.

That time I gathered donation from FB. Total donation collected just RM3k. The balance of cost, I have to bear it.

This dog is given name as Mi Mi 米米

Many of them will not care about animals.

Before I found the land to rent out for my 4th kennel, I asked YB to assist me to get a vacant land in ULU area but the YB told me to go Pejabat Tanah and requested it myself.

I am not anyone. Do you think his suggestion will work if I went to Pejabat Tanah?

In the end, I found the land and rent it and build for the kennel. This was the photo when the kennel work was in progress.

Many claimed the cashew nuts & peanuts are fresh and delicious (Sedap). However, some customers prefer to have better packaging.

If I use the bottle as above, the cost of bottle is RM1.50. If it is used, the selling cost will be higher. Are you willing to spend extra RM1.50 just for the bottle so you feel it is quality + better look？

Ya, I have this thought too to cater different categories.

Once I finish this task, I will try to figure out how to improve Shopee Search to be appearing in top 5 pages.

I tried to search whatever keywords, my product can't appear in top 5 pages. Hence, hardly to get traffic from outsiders.

The supporters from Lowyat are not many. If I fail in this again, I will stop.

Reason: Spent a lot of time in packing. Packed into per pack, then pack again into carton. To maintain quality and satisfaction, I try to avoid cashew nuts from being crushed in delivery, but still happening.

My Shopee Shop SHOPEE has 5.0 rating all the while.

There is one guy from here who bought 1 pack to test and claimed the cashew nuts were sweet for him and brownie. Hence, he provided 3 stars and rating gone from 5.0 t0 4.9.

I can't make any food that suits to everyone. Some claims not salty, some claims too salty.

I didn't online recently due to depression mode. Many outsiders who need help in dogs, I feel undecided. If I help, I will suffer. If I don't help, the dogs suffer.
