That's the problem when everything in 1 location but infrastructure cannot withstand the load...

no choice liao lo, that place will be forever jam dy, it will only get worse and worse as time passes since somehow gov still approving new projects to be built in that area

Seriously don't know how the approvals is given....
Every plot available sure got some development going on... No spare or open significant green spaces left...

My guess is that it will one day be like New York or London where there are no spaces left for new buildings and the only greens you can see would be government maintained parks etc.

Sadly we moving towards that path....

No Sense of keeping green space for people benefits....

Build more more high rise project in whichever available plots of land....

If only malaysian gov would impose rules like in some european cities where buildings are only less than 10 storeys tall or something. If not the future landscape of KL and Selangor memang gg man... especially if there are a lot of kowloon type projects like MV and RC Residences.

Used to stay at OKR for 25 years. Seen the massive condos developments along the road and decided to move out 7 years ago. The whole area is not liveable anymore, such a nightmare driving there now

Moved also due to retirement. Somewhere near Broga. Nice greeneries and hills with mist early in the morning. But this place also facing lots of developments and a lot of hills going botak. Sad

Matter of time before all gone...

Expected around 5 to 10 year time... No more green areas...

Yeah, can see the encroachments. I always wonder why there are so many excessive developments going on. Who and where are the buyers???. Worst are the condos along okr.
