Firstly, the name is walao-ehhh! rclxub.gif

Got this info from a few agents.
Was told the show units are ready end of February.

Indicative prices below are before rebate. Not sure what's included in the package just yet.
Anyone has anymore info, do share.

The price is consider cheap already... Nowadays kepong area also selling around 650psf with high density + leasehold

For such density, I wouldn't surprised if it is placed around 50 cents psf

When one lift is down, residents will feel painful already, and when two lifts are down, they would question why they stay there, and the worst if you are at 35th floor, you have no other option.... 4 lifts are required as minimum. Not worth cutting costs on number of lifts.
