Hi all,

I am wondering what would be the Pros and Cons of staying in the highest floor of a condo?

The top floor is a roof top garden.

Pros :-
-No noise from upstair
-Top floor view
-No stuff being thrown from tenants upstairs.

Cons:-
-Hot ceiling result in warm house.
-prone to leaking from roof which can be troublesome to be dealt with
-possibly low water pressure

On the bright side, u can claim condo insurance for replacing ur damaged stuffs, including ur expensive iphone.

Another pros usually in apt/condo, highest floor gets lowest floor parking.

I Should be more specific, human stomping floor noise, other noise like Merpati and other stuff can be possible too depending on the build.

There were 1 apartment where the above ceiling is shared with all units, if someone went up they can literally intrude every other units too.

The roof top garden is solely for you only or shared for all residents. If shared then it maybe pretty noisy during evening

Yea its shared space. The facilities are on a lower floor though.
