Pros :-
-No noise from upstair
-Top floor view
-No stuff being thrown from tenants upstairs.

Cons:-
-Hot ceiling result in warm house.
-prone to leaking from roof which can be troublesome to be dealt with
-possibly low water pressure

I Should be more specific, human stomping floor noise, other noise like Merpati and other stuff can be possible too depending on the build.

There were 1 apartment where the above ceiling is shared with all units, if someone went up they can literally intrude every other units too.
