 They can reply the ticket/email within 2 mins. It is fast enough but they don't read the content at all. They thought most of the emails received are related to why no approval and they just replied standard template to ask you wait 24 hours WITHOUT READ IT PROPERLY |

Weird, I can't transfer fund from other bank and it was rejected by saying for security reason, you need to wait 12 hours for first transaction.
