RO filter not within ayam "budget" definition

Also I'm not looking for extreme filter that filters out everything such as RO.

if pipe leak,.. water go outside,.. outside material can't go inside b'cos of pressure,..

i already recommended u any cheap micro pores ceramic filter (can filter up to microns, but best u got sand filter outside),.. then next it go to activated carbon filter,.. that would be cheap, suffice and safe,..

if u really scared,.. then don't go cheap,.. just buy RO,..

The Cosway table top filter from ktards recommendation in first post got ceramic element, i think that one suit my budget more. Apartment usage only lah.

So what is ur budget u didnt mentioned.

Btw other things u need to decide is tankless or tank. And hot water or no.
Ppl say tank kiasi bacteria grow inside.
For hot water ppl say if water keep re-boiled is not good.

What if thd ceramic filter crack and u drink tbehe ceramic? Later build up in ur kidney become stone. Or cut ur stomach lining?

Not bad, but under sink installation a bit messy need to drill hole... ayam prefer simple table top device.

Problem is these cosway doesn't have any NSF certification to proof their claim, like anyone can put any claim of how well their filter works.

Look for the one NSF certified at least

Only RO can remove heavy metal.

I bought long time ago come with the stand case which can put on table top

i think around 1k will be suffice,.. it just simple system,.. my mum kena conned bought 2k alkaline Hexagone dunno what chap palang brand,..got ceramic filter then go to alkaline and mineral add on,.. then go to activated carbon filter,.. using for years liao,.. i just take out the ceramic filter and brush it with toothbrush half a year,.. change only once, b'cos very fragile when drop,.. cost around rm150,.. gonna change the activated carbon liao,.. few years liao,.. no need alkaline and mineral add on,.. it's a scam,..

your house got sand filter or not ??.. the one can back wash the sand filter,.. if got then cleaner ceramic filter,.. less frequent to clean it,..
