solution so simple, next time just sebat, jail and fine kau kau all those disruptive drunk assholes la. if caught DUI without incident need longer sentences and fine, maybe rotan also, but if got incident, terus gantung sampai mati (same case for those gaduh/violent when drunk). once we get rid of all the irresponsible drunks (regardless of race) we will be left with just the more casual drinkers and image of alcohol boleh improve topkek.

that's why I said, just jail, fine and whip these fuckers who overdo it, if they cause enough of a ruckus (fighting, hurting other, rape, accidents) just hang, the rest can enjoy their alcohol responsibly in peace. fuck sampah masyarakat, keep them around got what benefit?
