Ok. So what the original post does not mention is that the ice cream vendor has a police report pasted on his van saying that he had an altercation with some drunk indians before, so he don't want to sell to them.

Not all Indians drink. I don't drink and have never done it before nor do I plan on doing so. Like that mean all Malaysians are crooks and conman and take bribes since some Malaysians have been caught doing it before. From a social or ethicial point of view, memang this guy teruk la.

However, he has had some "trauma" so he might be cautious. Probably the people he had a fight with refused to pay after taking the ice cream. What he could have done is put up a sign saying pay first then only he give the ice cream.

I bet you if some indian come up and put an ice cream stall there and sell to everyone, he probably might either say "India curi saya punya income" or he might even get rid of his policy of "No Indians".

Edit:

Apparently the ice cream seller has apologised in another video. And MIC was invloved. If only they could be more proactive in the bigger matters affecting indians.

Saravanan Murugan, the Member of Parliament for Tapah since 2008, was appointed as the Secretary in MIC Federal Territory by former MIC president Samy Vellu in 1997. He had also served as deputy ministers under Abdullah Badawi and Najib Razak administrations. It was not until 2020 that he was made a full minister – Minister of Human Resource – that came with “golden opportunities”.

Born and raised in gang-infested Sentul, it wasn’t hard for Saravanan to click with the big boss of the Malaysian Indian Congress (MIC), a component party of the corrupted Barisan Nasional coalition. After all, Samy Vellu was the infamous Godfather of Indian gangster in the 1980s and 1990s, who served under the Mahathir leadership during his 22 years iron-fist rule (1981-2003).

When Tamil Malar Daily exposed in 2017 how Mr Saravanan stole from the rental collection of the state MIC building, the then-Deputy Youth and Sports Minister brought mobsters to the media office and beat up its General Manager and staff. The attacks saw journalists and employees of the newspaper company left bleeding, injured and even suffered some broken teeth. ...

Fyi, .......

The 1957 Merdeka Social Contract = the indigenous Malays get Special Position (Article 153, etc) in exchange for the migrant Chinese, Indians, etc get Automatic Citizenship (Article 14-18, etc), ...
.... unlike the Rohingyas in Burma in 1948/Independence and the non-Malays in Brunei in 1984/Merdeka, ie these migrants did not get Automatic Citizenship in Burma and Brunei.

So, "tongkat" to the bumis is not racism but a social contract for all Malayans to attain Merdeka from the British Colonial Rulers in 1957.

Any unilateral breaking of this social contract may result in bad consequences, eg 13 May 1969. .......

https://www.necf.org.my/newsmaster.cfm?&men...&retrieveid=644 - Social Contract
In his speech at the Asia Media Summit in April 2005, the Prime Minister, Dato’ Seri Abdullah Badawi, cited Malaysia as a successful example where social contract had ensured peace and stability for 50 years. "Perhaps the most significant aspect of the contract was the agreement by the indigenous people to grant citizenship to the immigrant Chinese and Indians. Chinese and Indians now sit in the federal Cabinet and state executive councils. In return, the immigrant communities agreed to special economic privileges for the indigenous people given their disadvantaged position." ...
