Except a Porsche Panamera 4.8 V8 NA. That thing is a money pit.

If you’re talking about big cc Japanese cars like the 3.5 litre engines in a Lexus or a Honda, then yes. A lot less issues. Basically you don’t need to work the engines as much as a smaller cc.

Same logic can be applied to air-conditioners.

LS is a rock.
The American analogue of the Volkswagen vr6. Not sure of the vr6 is still in production
