IMO if u want to get good ventilation and u cant go wrong with.Plz make urself some cash and get LIAN LI case.They produce very nice and very very good quality case.if u can add a few more bux to ur budget..For example the cheapest Lian Li case is LIAN LI PC-7s retails at rm230-250 if possible get LIAN LI PC 007AIM rm 270-280 cos it has side panel to show off ur hardware

this is just my opinion.the rest is up to u to decide

i don't plan to use watercooling at the moment.. mayb next year..
