QUOTE(AceCombat @ Nov 1 2007, 06:51 PM) thats the thingit would suck y cause the new 780 mobo is just adding one more chip to support 3x16 bandwidth and pcie 2.0 no different from the 680 and i can tell u this 680 sux on rams efficiency and proc. what would have been awesome if i could have slied on the MAXImUS This post has been edited by cstkl1: Nov 1 2007, 06:59 PM |

QUOTE(AceCombat @ Nov 1 2007, 07:33 PM) well, stick to stock, use intel chipset ro run cross fire while use nvidia chipset to SLi la,no need hack or whatever mah, cucuk dan main. but would be nice to see some sli action on the maximus we wont be more smart then engineer. when the real thing never come out,we cant do the final conclusion,as nvidia is not a stupid company. it might make a huge correction on the ram efficiency. geee hope somebody out theres figure out some hacked driver nvidia very smart in threatening ngohq and coming out with new drivers to prevent any hack drivers.. Overclocking not a sport for me bro not really
thats y i try to post benchies i try to post more realistic 24/7 clocks and then i actually game on them i am a gamer first overclocker second. reason for overclocking is to get my moneys worth for the graphic cards i paid for.. which u must overclock the rams etc. |

QUOTE(remeron @ Nov 3 2007, 04:34 PM) here's the screenie... well looks ok temp is about 65 celcius i have a feeling my proc is bottlenecking.. [attachmentid=323263] just try to run ure bus speed 1:1 to ure rams the multiplier and vcore up to ure cooling solution also dude are u running 3 gigs of rams on 64/32 ure rams are not optimized and not running in dual channel for ure info.. its much slower either run 2 or 4 also score looks alright.. the designer for crysis said that the game stresses proc first , gpu second, rams third more on proc hence i stress on the bus u can go and look at all the 8800gt sli scores out there at E6600@ 2.4 400x6 performance with two 8800gt sli 700/1750/2000 ure scores for the sm3 and sm2 higher since my fsb is running in 1:1 with the rams This post has been edited by cstkl1: Nov 3 2007, 05:02 PM |

QUOTE(kmarc @ Nov 4 2007, 02:09 AM) Wah. Not bad, but considering that you have to use 2 vizo slot fans, 4'c is not much leh...... the dust that goes it will increase alsoHave you tried removing the cover only (Is it possible)? I think the temperature drop will be greater.... nah the board is cool... if i want to mod i will change the whole heatsink but hmm just that it looks so nice ADE's |
