Hi, anyone experience boost bank apps unexpected error? call customer service they cant provide solution since last week!!!!

Well such a silly bank, I’ve tried again this morning still Add Card Failed. Luring people into getting the card with the 2% cash back tactic & yet this cannot that cannot with so many hidden T&Cs. Any action we can take to safeguard our interests eg. file complaints to the bank governor?

How to made complaints? my money stuck there!!! very very frustrated

Lucky I transferred all out and closed the account. Rubbish's bank

i think u shall make complaint as the tnc clearly stated all retail transaction is eligible for cashback.

I paid through MyTNB two days ago. Now still processing. Will update if i got the CB.

Telco I paid through MYDIGI, i got my CB already.

Dining and retail purchase all i got my CB already.

how to use the debit card for online trx?
keep telling use boostbank secure to approve trx.
but there is no way to reach so called boostbank secure in the apps to approve trx,
except thru the notification prompt. .
