FYI you need to key in the 10-digit tng serial no to link the card but it's not printed on MyKad, you have perform reload then can see the serial no on the reload slip.

Many are forced to use nric tng due to the MY50 pass and also park n ride flat rate.

I have issue whereby my tng 50 monthly pass not yet expiry ,its only expire 10 Aug but my ic cannot read at the mrt station and monorail station.

The MRT station let me go in but Monorail cannot and ask me buy token Fck. They say i need to report to the tng card which already close now.

Usually this case , can i get a refund for my TNG 50 monthly pass, it is so trouble for me now, i cant take mrt and also parking in the parking nearby MRT.

Can sifu advice ?

Refund can only be done as below

1: make sure you keep the my50 purchase/ renewal receipt
2: change your ic at nearest JPN
3: https://myrapid.com.my/bus-train/refund-my-50/
You must create a myrapid account and fill in the refund form with original receipt of my50 purchase/ renewal and JPN receipt for IC replacement

Receipt already throw, no keep but i have proof with picture i have credit when it is readable . It is ok?

But last month i tried to top up a regular Tng card (still have 3 years expiry) at 7-11 also cannot detect. But it can be top up at KK. Could be machine problem.

How many people actually keep the receipt at all .., I keep for a week then i throw it
