Nobody mentioned about this project, any advise whether should buy here for investment? It started around 700 per sqft for this location

Look at their flagship project at Sri Petaling, 8th Stellar, paid LAD but play taici. The layout is awkward, KLCC view is more expensive but end up block by opposite coming project Amber Homes. Hearsay, they launch so many projects concurrently and suffer for cash flow rotation |
