i asked one of the sa but she said got structure changed so try to get approval from dbkl again, not sure truth or not

Nobody mentioned about this project, any advise whether should buy here for investment? It started around 700 per sqft for this location

What attracted you to here? Have you checked out nearby projects for comparison?

To me, the pros of this project is:
- Freehold
- Low dense (700+ units)
- Reasonable price (ard 700 per sqft) & 2cp for Type B
- Good rental yield area (reference to Trion)
- Reputable developer
- Partial/Fully Furnish included

Cons:
- Surrounding a bit messy (factory & jam)
- Non-walkable to mrt station (biggest drawback)
- Density in that area (Trion 1 & 2, KL48, one residence)

Overall the package to me is reasonable, I m from an investor perspective.

Btw, do you have any better projects nearby recommend? Coz I just place booking only, if got better projects, don’t mind to swap too. Thanks

Ok for long term rental, pet friendly facilities is a plus to some.

Chin Hin considered reputable developer?
Serious?
Look at their flagship project at Sri Petaling, 8th Stellar, paid LAD but play taici. The layout is awkward, KLCC view is more expensive but end up block by opposite coming project Amber Homes.
Hearsay, they launch so many projects concurrently and suffer for cash flow rotation

I don’t think there is much units left for bulk purchase, as I know Type A & B almost sold out already. I also just booked one unit Type B, luckily still manage to get a nice floor and nice unit.
