- Low dense (700+ units)
- Reasonable price (ard 700 per sqft) & 2cp for Type B

Look at their flagship project at Sri Petaling, 8th Stellar, paid LAD but play taici. The layout is awkward, KLCC view is more expensive but end up block by opposite coming project Amber Homes.
Hearsay, they launch so many projects concurrently and suffer for cash flow rotation
