Nobody mentioned about this project, any advise whether should buy here for investment? It started around 700 per sqft for this location

To me, the pros of this project is:
- Freehold
- Low dense (700+ units)
- Reasonable price (ard 700 per sqft) & 2cp for Type B
- Good rental yield area (reference to Trion)
- Reputable developer
- Partial/Fully Furnish included

Cons:
- Surrounding a bit messy (factory & jam)
- Non-walkable to mrt station (biggest drawback)
- Density in that area (Trion 1 & 2, KL48, one residence)

Overall the package to me is reasonable, I m from an investor perspective.

Btw, do you have any better projects nearby recommend? Coz I just place booking only, if got better projects, don’t mind to swap too. Thanks

I don’t think there is much units left for bulk purchase, as I know Type A & B almost sold out already. I also just booked one unit Type B, luckily still manage to get a nice floor and nice unit.
