yeah, definition of a foetus varies, whether considered a human or still considered basic cell organism still in development.

if to abort, doc can legally do the procedure (I guess it's called ERPOC) with test results, doc assessment, and consent from couple.

if u take the test earlier ..then u can go "seek for second opinion"

if few report from different source also claim that

ultimately it's your choice to choose to believe or not


from doc perspective ..if fetus > 16 weeks they will only consider as "life"

and NICC can take as early as 12 weeks

so u got 1 month to think n decide

During my time, there weren't any accurate test that could 100% determine that. From what my brother and cousin told me, right now nicc test can achieve 99%... I think the reason they put 99% is to avoid being sued

Autism cannot detect, down syndrome can, cost about 1.2k when I did it few years back. 1.2k is nothing compared to the costs to be incurred down the road if really kena down syndrome baby,

how they check ? how early can check within first trimester can confirm ?

Not sure how they test, never really asked my wife about it.
Done around 3-4months.
