QUOTE(skyblu3 @ Dec 9 2023, 06:37 PM) You mean kayano ? Understanding any brands product line is damn complicated.Nimbus is for neutral . Overpronate you need support shoes such a kayano, there the rear outter sole is more firm to prevent your putter heel from pronating. Pronator go for kayano. There is a budget verson for pronators, gt2000 and even cheaper gt1000 |

Even every line and stitching on the shoe have a purpose. |

QUOTE(Jingle91 @ Dec 9 2023, 04:23 PM) If you only plan to run 5km, any brand also, no need spend too much. Dont downplay adidas and nike. But if you need to run 10km, 21, or 42, better go to try brooks, ASICS, or hooka, those specialise in long distance running. Need to check your foot arch to determine the type that suit you, if you feet are normal arch, then can wear brooks ghost series, can buy old model from online store not so expensive. If flat feet, then need to wear special shoes. Not recommend to buy Adidas or Nike for long distance running, as they only strong in design but weak in function and support (after 20km running, the shoes will be very critical to provide cushioning and support as yourbleg muscle is getting weaker, can avoid injury and share the burden of your weight) These 2 brands holds multiple world record for marathon. Adidas and nike super shoes are great. They got so many models very confusing, but the top tier model is very good. Adizero pro and alphafly series are good. |
