Yes, after change to Prepaid, topup rm 5 immediately, then go to port in to other telco (Hotlink in my case)

my fren had issue with digi port out too.
postpaid user, no outstanding, no attachment etc.

failed to port out twice, give up..continue use digi...

Sharing my experience
Port out from digi prepaid to hotlink prepaid

Day1:
Went to maxis centre to get new sim card 10am
1pm Digi sent sms, replied yes
8.15pm Digi said unsuccessful

Day 2
8am Call digi, Digi ask me to call maxis to resubmit
Call maxis to resubmit request
12pm Digi sent sms, replied Yes
*My balance was RM1, I topup RM5 just incase
8.30pm - Phone no more coverage
Change to new sim card - success

I have the bad experience with Maxis, actually I have separated all line to individual line on maxis to port out one week ago, I have total 5 line to port out to Celcom Business line, last two-day Celcom have submitted the request for master line first and yesterday receive rejected SMS and the reason is Principal line has supplementary line that should be ported, ok fine I have call Maxis to double check, they inform me that all is good and ready to port out and I also double confirm with them. Maxis ask me to tell Celcom to request again on the same day. I have call Celcom to submit request again yesterday, this morning receive again rejected SMS with the same reason, I was very angry and direct call Maxis again to complain them, still tell me the same thing and say ask Celcom to submit request again, at the same time they also submit the report about this issue. Today is third time submitting, I hope tomorrow will port out successful, if not I sure will let them have a good study. Wasting my time to go Maxis and Celcom both outlet

Have you changed every single line into Postpaid 79 or any principal line packages? Any line that can still sharing data pool considered your supplementary.

All already change to Postpaid 79, by the way after I call to HQ complain, they only found the issue, HQ call me at 7pm and they say already found the problem and is their internal issue, they have already separated the fiber account from the principal line but they not yet separate out their internal ID which is link to the phone number, I have no idea what is that, they say if tomorrow rejected again, ask me to request again, should be no problem. I hope it work, already request 3 time, if reject again would be 4 time
