I have the bad experience with Maxis, actually I have separated all line to individual line on maxis to port out one week ago, I have total 5 line to port out to Celcom Business line, last two-day Celcom have submitted the request for master line first and yesterday receive rejected SMS and the reason is Principal line has supplementary line that should be ported, ok fine I have call Maxis to double check, they inform me that all is good and ready to port out and I also double confirm with them. Maxis ask me to tell Celcom to request again on the same day. I have call Celcom to submit request again yesterday, this morning receive again rejected SMS with the same reason, I was very angry and direct call Maxis again to complain them, still tell me the same thing and say ask Celcom to submit request again, at the same time they also submit the report about this issue. Today is third time submitting, I hope tomorrow will port out successful, if not I sure will let them have a good study. Wasting my time to go Maxis and Celcom both outlet
