Sleep is very important for old ppl...REM sleep (a stage of Deep sleep which often comes with Dreams) that will fully rest our brain and body... as we grow older we will need atleast 7-8 hours of solid sleep and a few minutes of REM sleep....
I wake up 5 times a night to wee-wee (when u grow older u will understand)...sleep gets disturbed. Next morning wake up groggy...never seems to have a solid rest.

Recently i took Magnesium Glycinate/Citrate and Magnesium Threonate. i still wake up 5 times a night BUT i wake up fresh in the morning...mind clear as a baby...google to learn more or just go any Pharmacy...give it a try.
