While the body may still continue absorb vit c from foods

When take supplement, it adds more vit c into the body. This serves as an extra dose of vit c.

I always believe that when you use external thing to interfere with your body, then probably you interrupt with your body biology. Like when you take medication for high bllod pressure. The doctor will tell you to take once a day but no one ever monitor whether your current pressure requires you to take one or not. It just become routine and you give no time for your body to cure itself. Well, certain vitamin or mineral in excess to body can be bad. How much your body absorb certain mineral whether enough or not depends on the food source. I also take multivitamin but not strictly follow instruction like 1 table each morning whatever. I found a good article to read.

Referring to your high blood pressure story, I thought about that too. Maybe during fever, we shouldn't take panadol? I'm not medic expert, but the reason we take paracetamol is to reduce the temperature, but isn't high temperature also means the body is fighting the illness? I also keliru.

I also got vitamin tablet, I don't take it everyday despite it is labelled 1 tablet each day. My mom don't want to listen though, she's like.. very scared, if one day didn't take, she's scared her body will go zero in vitamins and will be bad for the body.

I took zinc oxide. Later read on internet that is bad.

Someone here said about zinc pico, and now that also need to be careful with.
