How to check if my contact is ended? In unifi portal I can see service start date, but that is when I first subscribe to unifi

mostly down for Kuching, Sarawak as well. Something is seriously very wrong. I can't even connect to my Singapore cloud servers by direct IP. Might be a major undersea cable fault and subsequent catastrophic rerouting failure
