Of al those listed, I only have experience with Proton. I can get full speed connected to Proton using their geolocated MY server (hosted in SG).

PIA is alright but they're not as fast as Surfshark and Proton. Plus their IPs are compromised so expect a lot of captchas.

Well they blocked their homepage for some reason. Totally inept.

Maybe there was pushback behind the scenes as they have temporarily lifted their DNS hijacking.

Not defending MCMC but non of the other providers employed the same type of DNS hijacking as TM.

Did they go to the extra mile?
