Not necessary worst performance. You cannot generalise it like that, as Unifi also worst performance at night.
Your mobile data is also private IP.

They said whole my taman is down they promised by 3PM they fix but now it's postponed to 9.30PM

I still on 800mbps,and waiting for the newer BTU changes 1st and will ask for FSU at that time.
I reported on June for FSU,and they did call back once but they didn't make a further appointment call after the first call,and they cancel the order after 2weeks and until now no more call about FSU.
And so,i just give up and wait 1st for the 2.5G BTU changes.

I thought someone mention before - TM is testing new 2.5G BTU in order to take over the problematic crap Dlink combo?

anyone know how to access netflix bundled with Unifi...ON TV? not PC.

We can access netflix on PC with the sign in code send by Netflix (bundled with Unifi). netflix did not send us the ID and password.

My father just cancelled netflix subscription since netflix bundled with Unifi.

Currently, there is no option for us to key in the sign in code from the TV, the netflix app just request for ID and password.

When we click the netflix app, it just ask for which plan to subscribe, there is no option to enter email/password/QR or TV code.

Just realized my 800Mbps plan with free speed upgrade to 1Gbps not done yet. Anyone here face the same issue also?

Same.. I got mine on 17th November, within few days it change to Unifi Home 1Gbps - Pro Upgrade. Unlike my 300 to 500 Mbps free upgrade, took months for the name to change to 500 Mbps Pro Upgrade. Anybody from 800 Mbps get 2Gbps upgrade?
