EU sites all taking forever to load. Reminiscences of the stupid slowness in Feb

I hate it each time when sometime like this undersea cable issues happen, this TM will just be quiet about it and not put out a PSA and mentioned its affecting their network. Instead they rather have everyone clogging up their CS queue online.

22/4 still same story. This time feels worse than Feb slowdowns. Even a simple jpg image also take minutes to fully load.

Open late at night after midnight waiting Q is lesser

Who they trying to compete? Lol

Unifi's line is back to normal after 3 day slowdowns from undersea cable issues

ladies and gents Unifi has gone back to Fucked Up mode once again

Plus if undersea cable is the main issue, you can go left or right you still end up the same route

Even using a free vpn plugin for Edge and connect to Aussie can see a big difference in download speeds for international sites.

And yet TM doesn't say a single thing about their networks slowdowns.

Nope, can confirm it still feels like shit past midnight. I tend to watch Netflix at night can see the quality will drop to 720p when you pull up the streaming info HUD. I'm on 500mbps plan

Torrent runs at full speed last night, but web browsing even now is still slow as fak.

Slowness is peaked during this time. Really slow like snail. Bastards

Those who had experience of complaining to TM about the slowdowns pls teach how/what the agents will ask so that forumers here can prepare what to do in advance before opening live chat for live agent to open ticket since the waiting line is so fucking long even at night.

Step by step what to prepare, speed test, ping test etc. I know they will ask all these esp using their own speedtest at https://speedtest.tm.com.my/.

It's been a while since I complain about my internet speed to TM forgot what they ask.

What VPN is recommended on pay to use basis? Monthly, not annually. Only plan to use it esp when unifi is fucking up like this week.

I used Nord before, quite good but their pricing is more towards long term and also Nord has a lot of data leaks of your own nord account. I see a lot of Nord accounts getting leaked nowadays.
