guys since last month up to now i periodically run a speed test on Unifi but the DL speed i got is less than 80Mbps when Gobind Singh upgraded our bandwith I can get up to 2++Mbps.
I'm on 300Mbps plan, wire connection.
is Unifi quietly throttled down the bandwidth?
anyone experience this?

I got Unifi to change the IC attached to my account from my father's to mine. However, I cannot access the Unifi app anymore as the email login (my email address) is linked to my father's IC. I called 100 but they have no idea and are escalating it - they have been doing so for a week. Normally they just let it die with no further follow up.

Has anyone done the same and knows how I can link my account that is now bound to my IC to my Unifi login?

Your account number is the same correct? Also, do you lose all the previous history of the account?

I am asking because when I navigated to the "Delete Account" section, they prompted me that I will lose all the details and that if I want to change the IC number associated with the account on the app, I will need to call Unifi - which I did except they are helpless.

When you logged in / signed up again, did you use the same email that was attached to the account or a different one?

I think not. SWU4 now. RM119 300Mbps. Unsure about the freebies though. 1 or 2 free routers? And with additional requirements of Unifi Mobile for 2 months if u want the 6 months free.

I signed up for 300mbps @ RM168 in 2021. Suppose to have a "free" upgrade in 2023 but till today UniFi app still showing 300mbps, anything I need to do ?

No, if you login to the modem (not router) there is usually a section somewhere to check fiber reading

It should be a negative number like -18dBm

-25 to 28 ish is considered bad

Had same issue last cpl of days but after deleting the unifi and digitalme cookies in Chrome, it's working normally again.

I'm on TIME. I can access the site but also cannot ping. Think they block ping request. Site is not slow for me. I think it's slow for you because of the broken AAG submarine cable. As TIME doesn't seem to be using AAG, I'm not affected.

confirm you are 2GBPS found upload speed 1gbps = you are download speed is 2gbps

Not going to invest more $$ for Mesh, i just use existing router i have to extend the wifi signal, for working room purposes.

Off topic, the Main router has enabled ipv6, second router since turned repeater mode on, ipv6 setting disappeared. 
Whenever i access internet from second router, it is only ipv4 connection.

For my subscription plan, I wished they can ditched the "TV" package so i just pay for what i used... the TV part is literally. Don't need give me speed upgrade, just remove the additional Rm60 needed to pay for the Ruby package?
