I have both DiGi and XOX (MVNO under Celcom) and the service had deteriorated badly since the merger.

Wanted to port out but only left with 2 choices, either Maxis or U Mobile, both equally bad.

Don't think will happen. CD just merge tower. But, everything from bill code still split. If that happen, how CD want to change PPPOE settings for fibre customer ride on different VLAN.

Cant...new consolidated billing platform is not ready yet...hence they now still release plan and implemented at celcom and digi billing platform...

Hi Sifus. I'm currently using CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 60 SE, paying RM42.4 monthly, including SST.

So now I want to downgrade and change to prepaid. I'm looking at Celcom 5G NX 25. My question is, can I just do the switch from Postpaid to Prepaid without porting out to other Telco?

Exactly, they will keep on calling like no tomorrow, 10 missed call within an hour, use 3 different numbers 😅

I am interested to change from my prepaid Hotlink to prepaid celcomdigi 5g NX.  I am no sure this package is more towards Digi or Celcom.

Reason being at kampung only have celcom coverage

Does celcom and digi share the same tower and coverage now?

What about existing SIMs, plenty of people still have "legacy" Celcom prepaid/postpaid plans. I guess they will be made to change SIMs/plans if that happens.

How to cancel NX25? once I top up RM30, always auto subscribe for me. I don't want to have auto one.

I just completed my eKYC on Sunday midnight and cannot see other numbers except for my main number. Today logged in and can see all numbers being listed. Pretty nice. Will try to extend the validity here next time because Celcom Life app doesn't work so well on the iPad if want to extend one day validity.

But the new app still lacking of the rewards and add-ons from the old apps. I really hope they will migrate them over, otherwise people will be disappointed.

Celcom now support "convert -to-esim" in iPhone feature, just like most American carriers. Very very recent update, I did not notice this in the "Cellular" section in Settings 2 days back when I attempted e-sim kyc via CelcomDigi website. I guess there's a new carrier definition update that happened between today and last 2 days.



I just did mine on my old iPhone 12 Pro Max, running e-sim now. Once my Air gets here, the e-sim will get transferred there, the 12 will get traded-in to Apple.

Curiosity edit: Anyone here using Celcom e-sim juggle your e-sim between iOS and Android device? I was told by Celcom customer service that e-sim transfer only between iPhones, not across iOS/Android. I find that kinda nonsense since I can always ask for replacement e-sim (which I assume comes in the email tied to your CelcomDigi account in QR code form) from CelcomDigi and what's stopping me from adding that e-sim to my Android device? (Honor Magic V5)

Exactly. As I pointed out on my curiosity edit last post, what's stopping me from asking for replacement e-sim and QR code scan that on to my Android? A sim is a sim, right? In this case, an e-sim is an e-sim. Don't tell me Celcom is segregating these e-sims to device platforms now? 

It's just in my nature to test the limit of the whole process that's new to me. I know for a fact that my iPhone and Honor Magic V5 can store multiple e-sim profiles on-device though only one can be active at the same time. That's how international travelers do, by using services like Airalo, Saily and Holafly that provide e-sims for different countries without the traveler losing the specific e-sim profile for the different countries they've been to, as long as the continue subscribed to the service. I'm interested on how many local telco e-sims I can store on my device(s), I understand the limitation of only one e-sim can be active at a time. I have XOX prepaid on my Honor Magic V5, but all these uncertainties with "can I move my Celcom postpaid esim "across platforms (iOS-Android vice versa)" is giving me pause. 

I m in Borneo, U mobile is still doing Ok in landed close to city area. but the rest I can't say for sure. but never try YES here b4.
