Anyone currently on CelcomDigi's Postpaid 5G plan? What's the tagline currently on the status bar carrier display?

Man, their support is the worst.

They delayed my rebates for months, provided no updates on the progress, and closed the ticket without even an apology.

Maxis speed at my place also quite sad 🤧

Do DNB charge them lower for using lower speed also? Or purely artificial to sell higher plans

i remember being with them for a month, even volte issue they couldn't fix. end up most calls go to voicemail.

even at my area cd speedtest more than 400on 4g, but youtube buffers lmaooooo

cant speak for klang la, got few places in klang i know maxis is slow, but thank god i dont live there, rest of selangor and peninsular so far no issue

can you believe when i was with digi, they removed their live chat when combined with celcom? so only celcom had whatsapp which we couldnt access

I regret changing my digi to celcomdigi in july'24, without informing more to me from the sales girl

initially i thought both is the same company now since they merge already.

but now when iphone 16 plan came out, I was not qualify for the plan and need to pay upfront RM5,000 to use the plan...wtf, i need to wait 6 month to qualify... why nobody talk on this in the first place...!!

Edit: i just noticed that it's now 150GB. When I applied it when CelcomDigi first merged, it was only 90GB. Basically now I am getting 300GB but paying RM80.

does CD really limit the 5g speed for plans with essential speed?

Is CelcomDigi better than Maxis now ? Anyone using both?

How about outdoor coverage? Or just use 5G in outdoor? Which area are you in?

Indoor coverage wise is really area dependent. I'll rank in terms of speed based on my experience currently

Cannot say much about other shopping malls as I am not a frequent visitor

First time seeing CelcomDigi as the LTE carrier name when testing on SpeedTest. Usually it’ll either show Celcom or Digi. My phone network still show as Digi.

Do you having problems to log in your my digi app?
