for me, the rm25 40gb hotlink plan to me is more than sufficient..

i had been using rm25 celcomdigi kuning for quite some time for now... never runs out of data.

i got a new hotlink no recently, less than 2 weeks after use, i received the notification that my maxis postpaid bill reminder which i never have any maxis postpaid line. and i called up cs, only he told me that the bill account is not under my name and the no i have is a recycled no...

if one has a cheaper choice, then of course one will choose it..

but the plan u mentioned is a 'discriminated plan', which is not relevant to most.
one may have ways to bypass the restriction, but i personally find it no pt. rm25 is real cheap already to me... and as i said, hotlink once in a while has promo plan and cheaper than rm25 also...

oh ya.. now rm25 - 60gb instead of 40gb... i can never finish also...

emm... personally i prefer to sign up service at maxis centre only.. prefer not to go thru third party.. particularly involving the handling of IC.

rm25 - 60gb is really real cheap already...
inflation cause all things to be ex by a lot than before, but only telco cost is cheaper by a lot than before...

hotlink rm25 - 60gb is better deal than celcomdigi kuning - rm25 - 40gb... although 40gb is more than sufficient for me... but given that overall hotlink is still better, i think i will still switch to hotlink...

Yes I think now should be more or less the same in terms of coverage and speed now especially 5G is shared among all telcos.

Yes, Hotlink one is really having better deal, they often have additional voucher can use also.

hotspot is unlimited for rm25 hotlink plan.. so it is even better than celcomdigi kuning..

yes, if ur phone is only 4GB then 30GB...

yes, data is splitted into 4G and 5G... it is 100% sure that cannot use the 5G quota if u do not have 5G device.

i am not sure if hotlink rm25 plan comes with basic data (reduced speed) one, but from the pass i am using now on my hotlink no, rm45 plan for 40gb data with free roaming to lion city etc.. i used up 40gb before 1 month, and i received sms saying that my plan is going into reduced speed. so no additional data charge but technically when reached reduced speed, ur plan is unusable also.. the reduced speed cannot allow one to do much with it...

ic. luckily i have 5G one to use...

but anyway, 30gb is also sufficient seriously... the extra 30gb 5g quota is a plus...

My no expired. Until when it will be terminated? Will the app indicate the termination date or I need to track myself?

ic. becos now it seems like i cannot receive SMS anymore.

but funny thing some messages like UOB 66300 one still can receive.

ya... but now using the free roaming data until 27 april, so want to activate the new plan later, and i want to finish the credit before porting out... at least still need to use at least one more rm25 plan before porting to hotlink.

Icic. Ok. I just top up rm5 few days back to reset the expiry and grace period again as I can only subscribe to a new plan after 27 April to finish the credits before I port out.

Just to play safe as I cannot afford to lose the no.

But very funny thing is that u go to hotlink prepaid website to try to port out, I could not receive the sms confirmation from hotlink.

Was the sms blocked by … somehow?

I am still on celcom digi kuning.

go to shop port in to celcom digi no need to pay for the prepaid. free sim given.

i dun know why, but when i request to port over to hotlink on hotlink website, need to key in current prepaid no, and request for TAC...

but i never receive TAC sent to my celcom digi... so cannot port in to hotlink at all, via hotlink prepaid port in website.

I want to move out from celcomdigi to hotlink prepaid soon. so I dun want to top up any more to the account. I just want to use up the credit eventually and port out.
