for me, the rm25 40gb hotlink plan to me is more than sufficient.. i had been using rm25 celcomdigi kuning for quite some time for now... never runs out of data.

QUOTE(aspire2oo6 @ Feb 17 2025, 10:27 AM) Now is rm18 for 60gb haha isn’t that more saving . if one has a cheaper choice, then of course one will choose it..First month rm20 then subsequent u get a voucher rm2 . Apply that it will be rm18 For celcomdigi kuning I am using offer bos 1st month rm25 and subsequent rm10 x 6months but the plan u mentioned is a 'discriminated plan', which is not relevant to most. one may have ways to bypass the restriction, but i personally find it no pt. rm25 is real cheap already to me... and as i said, hotlink once in a while has promo plan and cheaper than rm25 also... oh ya.. now rm25 - 60gb instead of 40gb... i can never finish also... QUOTE(aspire2oo6 @ Feb 17 2025, 10:36 AM) Nothing much restricted all It require is an agent from sabah to register you will the plan and also the normal plan of rm25 for unlimited calls+ 60gb is also available emm... personally i prefer to sign up service at maxis centre only.. prefer not to go thru third party.. particularly involving the handling of IC.![]() rm25 - 60gb is really real cheap already... inflation cause all things to be ex by a lot than before, but only telco cost is cheaper by a lot than before... hotlink rm25 - 60gb is better deal than celcomdigi kuning - rm25 - 40gb... although 40gb is more than sufficient for me... but given that overall hotlink is still better, i think i will still switch to hotlink... |

QUOTE(aspire2oo6 @ Feb 17 2025, 10:52 AM) You are right about handling IC. For me personally can’t tell the difference between hotlink and digi most places both have coverage . Digi is not it used to be 10 years ago. Yes I think now should be more or less the same in terms of coverage and speed now especially 5G is shared among all telcos.Hotlink offer a lot Reload’s bonus Yes, Hotlink one is really having better deal, they often have additional voucher can use also. Wait until I finish the credits with celcomdigi I will port over 😛 ![]() |

QUOTE(MGM @ Feb 21 2025, 11:03 AM) Hotlink 60gb is really cheap, 30GB(4G/5G) + 30GB(5G) with hotspot, unlimited calls, WTA: hotspot is unlimited for rm25 hotlink plan.. so it is even better than celcomdigi kuning.. How many gb of hotspot? If using 4G phone, only can use 30GB? yes, if ur phone is only 4GB then 30GB... but seriously nowadays still have 4G only phone that one is using? MGM liked this post

2 yo phone, may be time to upgrade if want to port to this hotlink plan. Does this mean that if the 30GB(4G/5G) is fully used up, there is no more access in a strictly 4G area cos it cant use the 30(5G) quota? [/quote] yes, data is splitted into 4G and 5G... it is 100% sure that cannot use the 5G quota if u do not have 5G device. i am not sure if hotlink rm25 plan comes with basic data (reduced speed) one, but from the pass i am using now on my hotlink no, rm45 plan for 40gb data with free roaming to lion city etc.. i used up 40gb before 1 month, and i received sms saying that my plan is going into reduced speed. so no additional data charge but technically when reached reduced speed, ur plan is unusable also.. the reduced speed cannot allow one to do much with it... |

QUOTE(soonwai @ Mar 7 2025, 09:25 PM) App doesn't indicate the termination date. It shows the expired date as per your ss so can calc +30 +60 +90 days depending on your plan. There should also be an SMS stating "Your Prepaid line will be terminated on <date>. ic. becos now it seems like i cannot receive SMS anymore. but funny thing some messages like UOB 66300 one still can receive. QUOTE(Piers @ Mar 7 2025, 09:34 PM) should be 60 days after the expired date 17 Feb 2025. ya... but now using the free roaming data until 27 april, so want to activate the new plan later, and i want to finish the credit before porting out... at least still need to use at least one more rm25 plan before porting to hotlink. digi will sent a reminder sms but to be safe, activate the line earlier or port out asap 😆 Piers liked this post

QUOTE(aspire2oo6 @ Mar 10 2025, 08:44 AM) Icic. Ok. I just top up rm5 few days back to reset the expiry and grace period again as I can only subscribe to a new plan after 27 April to finish the credits before I port out. Just to play safe as I cannot afford to lose the no. |
