if you send info to another party, then he use feng shui to gain advantage and pass it back to you? probably

if you keep everything in your head and choose the most ong seat at the table, probably not.

I would say certainly not. Feng Shui is not scientific proven and thus cannot be used in court as evidence.

Look at Genting, they also use feng shui to gain advantage.

Not according to the law in Singapore. Any device used to counter record the cards is already an offence.

Say if A is in the casino, he send info to B at home.

B do nothing with the info and toss a dice, then B send info back to A to tell him buy what/etc.

A by luck win a lot, is A and B break the law?

Certainly not right.

So if B now instead use a device/laptop and enter the info into a spreadsheet which does not have any clear objective as reported in the article, why A and B now break the law?

The prosecutor need to prove that the spreadsheet indeed has clear objective which is to give A advantage by doing some calculation.

The problem is they used own devices to record the cards and sent the info to others !

There are very CLEAR rules stated that player can't use player's own devices to play the game !

172A.—(1) A person must not, in relation to the playing of any game in a casino, obtain or attempt to obtain any money or advantage for himself or herself or any other person —
(a) by a fraudulent trick, device, sleight of hand or representation;
(b) by a fraudulent scheme or practice;
© by the fraudulent use of gaming equipment or any other thing; or
(d) by placing a bet in a game after the result of the game is known.

By not gambling you already won.

Don't fall into temptation of winning by the slim chance. The moment you gamble, you already lost.

If this method was used in the 1990s in whatever casino which Excel... I think no casino will able to detect it.

I thought they operated by calculated risk formula? They didn't cheated right? No machine or force injection of logics to the casino machines or anything? It's just a calculated risk business where the odds of getting the money is higher? Isn't that what insurance company are operating on?

the act of passing info back and forth is the illegal thing I think. feng shui, even card counting, is not illegal.

Nope, it's illegal. End of story.

You walk around with a gun in SG, nobody needs to prove that you intend to cause harm.
